It all started with a morning bike ride. That’s when Patrick Haydon passed by the perfect house for his family’s summer home. Originally considered a tear down, Patrick saw the potential in the Morris Island home and convinced his wife Leigh Ann they could take on this project with a new baby on the way. Watch to see how the Haydon’s called upon Patrick’s long time friend Monte French to design the perfect retreat for their family, and the unique features that allowed the Haydon’s to stay in the home during construction.
