In this week's programme, the penultimate of the series, Dermot finds himself the dream job. Liz and Malcolm Currie live in a large four-bedroomed house in Dalkey, on Dublin's southside. The house was constructed in the 1960's by a builder who visited America and was inspired by the Californian architecture he found there. It took him ten years to build, but what he created was an exclusive development of 39 unique houses in a tiny Dublin suburb.
