In the episode "My City: Amsterdam" Dunkl visits the well-known Dutch colleague Ben van Berkel in Amsterdam, a luminary of contemporary architecture. Together they explore the city where van Berkel lives and works, exploring both famous and lesser-known buildings, places and spaces: from the Museum Island to the "Agora" theatre and the artificially created island of Steigereiland, architecture is experienced, shared and discussed at first hand.

The visit to the "Zuidas" is the crowning finale of the architectural foray: A hyper-urban space where banks, insurance companies, and corporations had their skyscrapers built by star architects.
