House of Adaptation takes viewers on a journey through the minds of the people that gave life to a climate-adaptive building. In 2020, the NGO The Global Center on Adaptation was in search of a location, to establish their headquarters. The city of Rotterdam proposed to donate a unique building that would float with rising sea levels. The film captures the primary stakeholders including politicians, designers, and builders.
