Inspired by modern European architecture and Japanese design. ATOMAA brought new life to a 34sqm 18th century apartment in the heart of Milan’s medieval Brera district. The addition of a modular system of folding panels allowed them to remove the apartments dividing walls, flooding it with light, and creating a single open zone with the bedroom at its centre. This zone can be redivided at will, hiding the bedroom away or expanding the dining area, while the panel's distinct pattern creates a sense of unity no matter how the apartment is configured.
