Originally an open-concept space, the arrival of interior designer Joyce Li and architect Mikolaj Scibisz’ daughter prompted them to transform their home into a flexible space that adapts to their changing needs. Striking double-layered orange curtains allow them to convert the apartment into one, two, or three rooms, ensuring privacy or openness as required.
At the back of the living room a wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling unit integrates an electronic Murphy bed over a sofa, a wardrobe on the sides, and ample storage above. The bathroom, enclosed in a mirrored box, reflects natural light, enhancing the apartment's airy feel. These thoughtful additions make the apartment versatile, functional, and perfect for a growing family.
